Jen & Ed ~ MARRIED || 4.28.2012

I have known Jen for a while now but it has been several years since I had seen her.  I was shocked and excited when she contacted me about photographing her wedding.  Up to this point in my photography business, I had not really considered myself a wedding photographer and didn’t know if I was even interested in shooting weddings.  I mainly focused on pets & families.  I decided to meet with her and Ed to find out what they were looking for in a wedding photographer.  I was so nervous, but once Jen & Ed arrived for our meeting, I was immediately put at ease.  Jen is a genuinely nice person and Ed is just a super nice guy who obviously adores Jen.  After chatting for a while, it seemed that this would be a great wedding for me to “get my feet wet” and really get a feel for whether or not I want to do weddings.  For the next 4 months, I dove into ‘all things wedding’ to learn as much as I could about wedding photography.  Jen & Ed, I can’t thank you enough for the opportunity to capture your wedding day and I hope you are as pleased with the images as I am!  I wish you both all the love and happiness in the world!!

High-res Welcome to my blog!  2012 has been the beginning of a lot of change for me regarding my photography business. I expanded my business from just pets, to families, weddings and events, and Jenna Morris Photography became an official business!  I also decided to start a blog.  This is probably the scariest part for me.  I am a photographer, not a writer, but I am going to give it a shot. ;)  I hope that you enjoy the images I will be sharing and I am excited to see what this year will bring, and excited for all of the adventures ahead.
Thanks for stopping by. :)
